Research Current research interests are mainly in managerial accounting. I am working on several projects.
- I study control issues in inter-organizational settings. In particular, I focus on aligning incentives in supply chains.
- I study customer profitability measurement and customer relationship management, particularly in retail banks.
- I study how to design incentives for executives and members of the Board of Directors .
- I am doing a field study on the use of a Balanced Scorecard as a control device in a franchise setting.
- I study the use of cost accounting and control systems in hospitals
