Francois Brochet joined the Harvard Business School faculty in the Summer of 2007. He teaches the first-year MBA course, Financial Reporting and Control. His research examines issues related to the dissemination of information in capital markets. His current work focuses on the role of voluntary disclosure, insider trading and executive turnover vis-à-vis stock price informativeness.
